Chanter's Tune & Jig by Simon Ager published on 2018-10-21T16:31:22Z The Chanter's Tune is a traditional Irish tune that is popular in the Isle of Man. The Chanter's Jig is a version of the tune arranged by the Mollag Band. I recorded it for episode 7 of the Radio Omniglot Podcast, and thought I'd make it available as a separate recording. http://www.omniglot.com/radio/?p=316 This recording is played on the guitar, cavaquinho, high and low whistles and bodhrán. The Chanter's Tune is also known as The Chanter’s March, The Chanter’s Song, or The Song of the Chanter.
