Edictum

After classical education, my interest in other genres and especially electronic music grew constantly and in 2002 I decided to start DJing and the production of music. I played countless gigs as a DJ in every imaginable subgenre like (Acid) Trance, Techno, House, Breakbeat & Happy Hardcore, Breakcore, Drum’n’Bass and Freetekno but always with a focus on melodic, classical inspired sound production wise. With Synthwave coming to my attention, I decided to release my first whole album "ERA" in a consistent style in 2017 that received positive feedback in several blogs and promotion channels. My second album „Passage Back“ contains a lot of collaborations with other musicians, which I want to focus on more in the future. I am fascinated and inspired by nature and therefor am a scientist by education. Currently I am working on my PhD thesis in the field of organic chemistry, which the logo is referring to. This leads me to an analytical approach to music production, because I always want to optimize and dig deeper into the matter as efficient as possible. My music is influenced by almost every genre since I try not to restrict myself to anything and keep my eyes open as much as possible.
