Chief of the trap Out here with the best Artists and producers get at me shonasta@shamanchief.com I came from nothing. In 2012 I was living in the suburbs of Zimbabwe where you were lucky to have a full day of electricity without the power being cut. We had to collect water from communal wells because we could go days without it running to our households. The economy there was in such a state that you couldn't even trust your closest friends nor family not to betray you for money or possessions. This is coming from the experience of being robbed and swindled myself a couple times during my time there. When I talk about the violence in the ghetto in my music, it's not an act. I've been in several situations on the streets where making the wrong move could have resulted in me losing my life. I'm lucky to still be here and I'm more than grateful to still be breathing. Now I'm back in the UK, rising up in rap, and I want to do what I can to give back to the hip-hop community. Believe that if I follow you, favourite one of your tracks, or leave an insightful comment on your music then I believe in you as an artist. I'm here to offer advice and support to anyone looking to hone their craft. If you want to collaborate on a project then shoot me a message.
