Sergiy Klymchuk Sergiy Klymchuk Auckland Originally from Odessa, Ukraine, I have been living in New Zealand since 1996. I am Associate Professor of Mathematics at Auckland University of Technology. I have been composing light instrumental music for many years, but it has been reserved for my family and close friends. With their encouragement I finally decided to get my music professionally arranged and published. The tracks on this SoundCloud page are from my first CD album released in 2022. They span a long period of time – from the mid-1980s to the present day. The music genres are also very diverse – from dynamic jazz to relaxing themes with love songs in between. Five compositions from that album received awards at the 2022 Global Music Awards Competition in the “Composer” category: “Christmas Waltz”, “White Tango” and “Gentle Touch” won Silver Medals and “L’Amour Romantique” and “Reminiscence” won Bronze Medals (www.globalmusicawards.com).
