Seattle Opera LA BOHÈME Andrew Garland as Schaunard by Seattle Opera published on 2013/02/24 08:17:37 +0000 Andrew Garland sings Schaunard in Seattle Opera’s “La Bohème.” In Act One he brings in food for his Bohemian friends, but insists they save it for later and go out on the town: “How can we eat in while the Latin Quarter is brimming with delights? The smells of delicious food perfume our ancient streets. The girls will be singing merrily; it's Christmas Eve! And every girl has a student echoing her. A little religion, gentlemen! We drink at home, but we're dining out.” Arthur Woodley (Colline), Michael Todd Simpson (Marcello), and Francesco Demuro (Rodolfo) also sing in this excerpt.
