Disco Sucks by seanpower

On July 12, 1979, Chicago DJ Steve Dahl held a rally during a baseball game against Disco. 90,000 fans chanted "disco sucks" as he burned disco records on the field. A riot ensued. Some speculate that this acted as a catalyst for the demise of disco in favor of other genres of music. Whatever that may be, I'm happy that he's still alive today to re-experience the astoundingly energetic and beautiful music that our elders left for us to enjoy.
