Sean "Wonderbread" Biggs, started DJing in 2003 after Little Rock party-goers recovered from a slumping rave scene by migrating into local bars and nightclubs . He grew up north and south of the river in Little Rock which was a hotbed of EDM in the midsouth in the late 90s. While spending weeks in a local underground bar named "Tang's" his friends encouraged him to expand his interest by borrowing one Technique 1200 and a mixer to add to his parent's 1980's Sony turntable. After failing at being able to master the breaks genre right off the bat, Sean picked up a few Diselboy tracks and was told by a close friend "you spin jungle now, that's what you do." An obsession was born.
After Tang's closed, those involved in the weekly parties banded together to establish "Believe Productions" in 2004. For the span of 5 years, Believe was intricate in re-establishing an EDM culture in Little Rock and with the help of local DJs and crews was able to produce over 30 shows highlighting the talents of local, regional, and national DJs and performers. Being a co-founder of Believe Productions, Sean was able to regularly get behind the decks to help perfect his style and stand out as one of the premiere jungle/drum and bass DJs in the area.
Sean was able to increase a fan base and resurrect interest in jungle/drum and bass by teaming up with the turntabilist Tristan Wingfield in 2008 and forming the drum and bass group [e/ffekt]. Incorporating true scratching and a hyped stage presence, [e/ffekt] was able to start a loyal following and stand their own against the uprising of the popularity of dubstep.[e/ffekt]'s crowning achievement was in November 2010 when they were able to perform with MC Messinian at Rev Room in downtown Little Rock.
In 2010 Sean finally branched out and decided to incorporate more club-friendly genres such as house, progressive, electro, breaks, and top 40 club tracks to gave birth to the all-encompassing stage persona named "Wonderbread."
"Wonderbread: white as it can get, but goes with everything."
Sean has performed in countless clubs, concert venues, cow pastures, on an island, in the middle of the forest, on a 3-level boat on the Arkansas river and has shared the stage with some of the DJ great of the world including MC Messinian, John B, Wolfgang Gartner, Computer Club, Treasure Fingers, Donald Glaude, Aphrodite, Josh the Funky One, Nigel Richards Danny the Wildchild, Micro, Vicious Vic, Simply Jeff, Paul Anthony, Rumblejunkie, Reid Speed, Baby Anne, Bassnectar, Dieselboy, AK1200, Dara, Icey, Huda Hudiam, Elite Force and even "Jersey Shore's" Angelina.
