Book o Deer Project by Scots Radio published on 2022-04-25T14:24:49Z An Aberdeenshire Heritage group welcomed guests to the Aden Heritage Museum in Mintlaw - to celebrate the return of one of Scotland's most valuable treasures - 'The Book o Deer'. The book is thought to be one of the earliest examples of written Gaelic in Scotland and was written in the nearby Parish of Deer.
