House DJ and producer from Southern California, SamBRNS (pronounced Sam burns) has been making waves in the local scene with his tracks receiving support from Los Angeles radio station KCRW 89.9 FM, Dash Radio’s Future Factory, and Select Radio. Sam’s productions draw influence from the sunny daytime parties in Los Angeles where he got his start , and span toward the deeper, tech underground sounds of House music. With his productions ranging from tech and tribal, to minimal and disco, he has has gone on to release for many popular house labels such as Material’s Playmobil, Slightly Sizzled Records, House Of Hustle, Tech Avenue Records, House Keepers Records, and House Your Disco to name a few.
Sam has played some of the most renowned venues in Southern California (Sound Nightclub, Exchange LA, Skybar at the Mondrian, Time Nightclub), as well as the more intimate hot spots (La Cave, Brussels Bistro, Basement in Pomona). Sam’s productions have been featured on Beatports “Best Of” charts numerous times (Best Tech House, Best New Tech House, Best New Hype Minimal/Deeptech) on their website, as well as their Spotify playlists. His single “Space Girl” peaked at #31 on the top 100 Beatport Minimal/Deeptech singles, and his tracks have also been featured on Toolroom Records’ “Poolside” playlist on Spotify. With an ever expanding catalog, and an affinity for high energy sets, SamBRNS is poised to turn some heads in the years to come.
