We Are Metronomic (disquiet0267) by rupertlally

Named after the company that first made and distributed metronomes in Paris, "The Metronomic Society" is a New York underground music collective, who make pieces of music purely using rhythms and tempi divisions. Though the membership is secret, it is thought that because there were initially only 4 members, in-keeping with the group's ethos the membership can only be a time division of 4/4 at any one time. The groups performances are public but anonymous - the performers are always disguised and the venues picked at using an city engineers grid map, and time divisions of the piece being performed.
This piece, performed live using an iOS metronome app, processed through an Intellijel Rainmaker and Mutable Instruments Clouds, is something I imagine they could use as a sonic calling card.
