RufusRadio Joe Garner Vinings, GA Descriptions are hard, and I won't write this one in the third person perspective. I'm a solo singer/songwriter from Atlanta, GA. During live performances I like to use my Akai Headrush E2 loop pedal, which allows room for lead guitar & percussion. I wouldn't specify myself as a lead player first & foremost, but I really do enjoy getting a chance to push myself in that direction. I've penned a few tunes, and I've got a handful of new material that I'm working on that I'd like to add to an upcoming EP. I've been performing live for about 6 years now, and I've been fortunate enough to make it my full-time profession for the past two years. I truly enjoy live performances in that, they allow you to break out of your comfort zone; and you have to bring something fresh to the table with each crowd. I've included some live tracks, but the main emphasis of Rufus Radio is to provide the growth of the new studio tracks. Rufus Radio is a play-on-words of an old stage name. During my time in Chattanooga, TN & traveling earlier-on; I had somehow taken on an alias "Rufus Ray". Apparently it has a ring to it, occasionally I'll run into someone that still remembers when I went by it! Please leave comments & share. It's the only way for any of us to progress!
