Rogerseventytwo Rogerseventytwo Amsterdam Rogerseventytwo has been making waves with his Fool's Gold debut “You Take Me Higher” in 2012. Hailing from Amsterdam, Roger started producing in the early 2000s (he wasn’t born in 1972, mind you, but his Motown-loving parents rooted his musical background in that era, hence the name). He took a break from beatmaking to finish up his studies in graphic design, but the support of countrymen and others got him back in the game. Amazingly, his irresistible disco house singalong “You Take Me Higher” went unsigned for years until A-Trak (who had made it a staple of his live sets, both solo and as Duck Sauce with Armand Van Helden) snapped it up for Fool’s Gold. After 2 Australia tours, several adventures in Europe, a release on Toolroom Records and an impressive list of remixes between 2012 and 2014, Roger is back with some serious fire. The collaboration "Meant to Be" with Mike Mago (known for hits like 'The Show' and 'Outlines') will see the daylight in the summer of 2015.
