Although he lived, felt and suffered with music since he was a child, the decision to DJ came 2006, at the age of 24. As music fan addicted to the straight bass drum for some years (Richie Hawtin's "Orange EP" caught him merciless), an evening in 2006 with his mentor Michael Bachmeier was the beginning of his DJ-carreer. "How does this work?" was the crucial question... 2 Technics 1210 + mixer were bought just one week later, from then on his passion is almost limitless. From deep- and tech house to techno - all kinds of the 4/4 stroke are exercised and in particular celebrated. The sole rule is: it has to move, if not the butt, then at least the heart. When it comes to direct influences, Michael Bachmeier, Andy Pley and Jovial are definitely to name, he also learned quite a few techniques from them. After 4 years of extreme & intensive dedication for "black beauty", he began to experiment with other media types, from CDs and Ableton to Traktor, what turned out to be the ideal way to perform, currently leastways. Because of his passion for various kinds of the beloved electronic dance music, he took 2010 the decision to split his performance into techno and house. From there on, the groovy and housy variations are played under his pseudonym "robert Freud", the other aka "Mr. Row" (Row = the english word for "Lärm" / "Krach" and also the initials of his real name) stands for Techno. In 2010 he became one of the KN4ST (Club in his hometown) residents, what blessed him gigs with international star DJs like Dr. Motte, Format B, Hanne & Lore, Sven Wittekind and more. Since 2011 he is also one of the residents at Bauhaus / Bauhaus - Bassment, where he regulary defines the schedule.
