Torben Jarlstrøm Clausen’s existences lives burdened by life in the paper before he puts the scissors to the paper. After he cuts them free, they then move happy in our diverse world. It is the story about, we have to deal with what makes us unhappy – to be happy, as the liberated existences are. Robert Cole Rizzi have made recordings of the quiet and peculiar sounds that occur when the existence are cut off from the paper. These recordings he has turned into a subtle piece of sound-art that makes up the exhibitions soundtrack. The scissors’ liberation of the paper cut existences from the paper, which can be seen in the exhibition of Karen Relster’s subtle photos.
