Be clear on expectations - Tony Carroll by RITTER Sports Performance published on 2018-12-10T05:02:16Z Tony Carroll is the Senior Coach for the Lakeside Swim Team. Tony has been with Lakeside since 2015 and currently leads the Senior 13-14 and Developmental 1 training groups. He was named to the 2018-19 US National Junior Team Coaches List and he has served on four different Zone and Select Camp staffs. He has been nominated for the Fitter & Faster National Age Group Coach of the Year award twice and was named the KY Swimming Age Group Coach of the Year in 2017. Previous to Lakeside, he was the Head Age Group Coach for the Bluefins Swim Team (Carrollton, GA). Prior to joining the Bluefins Swim Team, Tony was an assistant coach for Warren Aquatics Club (Indianapolis, IN) and the Michiana Stars Swim Team (Mishawaka, IN). He also spent three years working for SwimSwam.com as an Editor and Web Producer. As an athlete, Tony grew up swimming in South Bend, IN and went on to swim in college for IUPUI where he was team captain his junior and senior years and was a USA Swimming National Qualifier.
