Genre travel Comment by Stacy M I've always wanted to travel to Scotland and after listening to the conversation with Jane and Nicos, to Nafplio too! 2018-04-29T07:43:04Z Comment by Magdak the Destination earth talk is inspirational and the next time I travel, I will make sure to stop and people watch. I do like his idea to immerse oneself in the culture and learn more about the people. I am excited to plan my next trip! 2017-10-14T01:07:46Z Comment by Pyrenees www.pyreneesflyfishing.com "Pyrenees Fly Fishing is company run by certified guides in the Spanish Pyrenees that offers fly fishing holidays and adventures as well as a variety of activities for travel companions". 2017-10-13T20:09:03Z Comment by marinax What a fascinating discussion with Nicos! I am envious of his experiences and knowledge gained through this worldwide journey. Wow! 2017-10-10T20:46:09Z Comment by User 864221715 I loved the talk about Destintaion Earth - especially the part near the end about the "mode of becoming vs. the mode of doing". I had never thought about things in those terms before, but it is so true that we can be "busy" DOING so many things but not really learn or grow from any of them, yet sit and "do" nothing but perhaps observe and listen an dlearn and experience so much. Very thought-provoking!!! 2017-10-10T01:30:36Z Comment by Alice I am so inspired by all the guests. I especially enjoyed the world-traveler's segment! 2017-10-06T16:50:09Z Comment by Rob Martin Great job! What a different way to think about travel! 2017-10-06T16:40:18Z Comment by Stacy M Loved this episode. Thanks for the fly-fishing recommendations, what an amazing sport. I think the Spanish tradition of napping mid-day is the most civilized – everyone should do it! As for Nicos's ideas, whouaou! Never thought a philosophy could apply to travel. I loved his idea of the outer journey being the catalyst for the inner journey. And also the idea of the extra-terrestrial landing on earth and discovering that, notwithstanding our wars and conflicts, overall we are a great species. Really positive messages, Nicos. Keep up the good work! 2017-10-04T19:06:53Z Comment by Demetris Tokaris I read Destination Earth and I believe it is a Must Read book for everyone who likes travelling, full of new perspectives to interpret the world around us. 2017-10-02T21:59:03Z Comment by Eliza Vlachou Fantastic conversation with Nicos Hadjicostis!
