Good podcast otherwise. 2019-12-03T15:47:39Z Comment by Aus dem Reuterweg Thank you very much #Clara_Ferreira_Marques, #Antony_Currie for taking adviser #Ross_Garnaut on audio. I was not aware that more than 190 active coal deposit and mines with a capacity of 1.074.670.000 (t) shape Australia´s energy supply offering (according to EIKON MAPs). In comparison is the total coal production in Germany amounted to +160 million tonnes in 2018. Back in 1985 (peak) this number was 3 times higher. In short - Germany has stretched the reduction of its dependence on coal over more than three decades. Adviser Garnaut remarks suggest that such a generous time-frame might not be available in down under. 2019-11-21T00:32:11Z
