MATERIALS:

4 items found in your home that represent the four elements
For example:
a clump of dirt
a bowl of water
a candle
your phone opened to the wind emoji

1 piece of fabric
1 pitcher of water
1 bottle of absinthe* (or any strong liquor that you have on hand)
1 absinthe spoon per participant (use a fork if no absinthe spoon can be found)
1 glass per participant
1 sugar cube per participant

Something to write on** (choose whatever allows you to write with the least amount of hindrance)

*For an alcohol-free version, choose something with a high sugar content (like cordial or root beer).
**If using a computer, dim the screen to black for the length of the seance
