Renate Riedemann As a professional violinist in the South African music industry, Renate Riedemann recently rekindled her love and passion for singing. Following a three year period as electric violinist in the SAMA award-winning instrumental group, Sterling EQ, she has now moved on to focus on her singing and creating a diverse identity as musician. She was approached to form part of an upcoming band called Dogters Van Man, as vocalist and violinist. Focusing on song-writing, she released her first single entitled "U Is Altyd Daar". Striving to maintain authenticity, she recorded the vocals, string parts and piano. Although she shows great fondness for jazz, she strives to remain versatile and explore other genres.
