Reig Loden Zanzibar
-I'm new to this. Drop me a line
Hi, I am Reig Loden, a man born in Manilla. Manilla is, and still is, a small town 35 kilometers souht of La Loma. At the age of 5 my family moved to a town called Poruburam where we lived for 3 years before we permanently moved, to Hong Kong.
I lived in Russia for many years before I moved with my wife and my son to Milano in 1976, a very small place east of Loreto, almost halfway to the boarder. Here was my daughter born. My kids now live and work in England. My son is 3 years old and my daughter is 6 years old
No worries mate, I will keep it short.
In 1980, I applied and got a permanent job in Saudi Arabia as a systems operator, technical machine assistant, technical skills specialist, spiritual coach, programmer for the world’s largest company named GE,
We stayd there from 1981 until 1989 where we moved to Spain and Costa del Sol.
I started as a freelancer and consultant and worked as a systems programmer or as a developer depending on what the customers wanted me to do. Before I, in 1994, was offered a job in Lugano, a city on the south-west coast of Italy where I stayd for 14 years until I on November 28th permanently left my job as a computer software developer, at the age of 58. I had decided not to work anymore but explore Asia and other parts of the world.
I headed for Asia and my first stop was Thailand. I arrived Bangkok December 9th 2008 and continued south to Jomtien where I rented a condo and have been here since. Jomtien is a very small place just south of Pattaya. It takes about 10 min to drive into the center of Pattaya.
Did I mention I make music in my bungalow?
The following link shows you a map of Gulf of Thailand . You can see Pattaya south of Bangkok, by the Bay of Bangkok.

I have visited several places in Thailand and also visited Laos(3 times) and Cambodia(twice) while I have lived here in Thailand.
I decided to develope a website and keep my friends in South Afrika and elsewhere in the world updated with my whereabouts.
I have already uploaded many photos and videos from the places I have visited and more will come. I will always keep you posted when I have uploaded new photos or videos.
My next stop will be the Phillipines in September 2009 with return to Thailand on December 9th, 2009 to celebrate my 60 years birthday on January 3rd 2010 with the “natives” here in Jomtien and Pattaya.
I went back to the Philippines January 9th, 2010, to Lapu Lapu, which is a city on Mactan Island. Mactan Island is a part of Cebu province.
On October 31st, 2010 I will return to Thailand for 3 months. From there I will take trips to Burma, Malaysia and Singapore.
My other plans are to visit Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and possible China. After this you ask? Maybe Central- and South America Love Love
