Producer // Mix Engineer // Singer-Songwriter

Purna is an Indo-Canadian producer and mix engineer (live instruments), songwriter, holistic artist developer, and most recently, a new artist (pop, rock, indie, alternative). With 13+ years of experience as an underrepresented individual in many forms, she is an advocate for inclusion and equal rights. She uses music to create awareness, open public dialogue and provide work opportunities for women, LGBTQ, the differently-abled (especially those using American Sign Language), and the chronically ill. She encourages ethnic diversity, representing her own background using India’s national animal, the peacock, in her logo.
In 2021, Purna is focused on creating and releasing her first single as an artist (and taking on the roles of producer/mix engineer when viable), mix engineering for artists who use live instruments (pop, rock, indie, folk, acoustic, country), and developing online courses about essential music business skills.
