The surviving bits - Modular and Analog Four by Pete Brown published on 2013/02/04 05:28:06 +0000 Cubase really gave up the ghost while recording tonight. Plus, my levels were way off. Not sure what's up. Luckily, I was just noodling around with a new oscillator I just built. Anyway, this is the surviving bit that makes sense. Cubase recorded the last few minutes over an earlier part of the track. In the background, we have my modular with two dotcom oscillators going plus my newly built Ian Fritz DoubleDeka Oscillator. (My awesome wife got me the kit for Christmas.) Unfortunately, the part where I fade in each individually so you can make them out didn't survive. In this part, I had kicked in my Kaos quad (used via ebay for a *great* price) and was playing with effects in the background. Sequence in the foreground (drums, bass, etc.) is all coming from the Analog Four.
