There are many layers here, with the foundation being a binaural recording of a furnace. It was pitch shifted and sliced to a midi track where further sound design with max occurred, using the "drunk" object which outputs bangs and numbers within a specific range. I mapped this range to an envelope follower and added a techno beat. The reason for the techno beat is still unknown to me at this time.
