Disquiet Junto Project 0254: Fog and Steam
Make music from two provided samples.

I loaded the 2 samples into Samplr and played them in Looper and Tape modes. The piece is in 2 parts: opens with the sound of wheels on tracks derived from the end of the train sample. Also looped the entire sample and sent it through Clouds and Flashback delay to create the distant, washy train horn.

Second part is ambient passage derived from ferry horn played in Looper mode. I used a bit of the end of the sample to create the piano-like sounds. Also looped and transposed the horn sound to create subtle tonal drones. Ends with return of wheels on track sound.
