Greetings (disquiet0236) by plusch published on 2016-07-11T01:41:13Z More on this 236th weekly Disquiet Junto project — “Say hi to the Juno Spacecraft by embedding Morse code in an original composition” — at: http://disquiet.com/0236/ I used four instances of Aalto, each with its sequencer set to the 4 dot — 2 dot pattern. Each had different sequencer speed, pitch, modulation, etc. I used ReaEQ to tame some harsh frequencies, Kombinat Dva for more presence, Valhalla Room for reverb, and Audacity for normalization. Genre Electronic Comment by Equinox Deschanel (Joe McMahon) Sweet cross-rhythms! 2016-07-12T16:39:04Z Comment by ikjoyce Enjoyed the build up of versions and then the reverb tails. Nice 2016-07-11T20:28:02Z Comment by ikjoyce Reminds me of the backing for Jarre's 'Last Rhumba' - hadn't noticed until now, but what an irony that the backing of a song that is a goodbye should say Hi! 2016-07-11T20:24:30Z
