Integrated Psycho-Somatic Therapy.
TCM Acupuncture and Sound Therapy work directly with the CNS, ANS, PNS to facilitate gentle reprocessing of Pain, Stress, Trauma, Memories, and Emotions. Using Contemplative Psychotherapy and Relational Psychosomatic Therapy to provide a safe space to build a therapeutic relationship and alliance the client explores awareness of those uncomfortable places and gently connect to where its being held in the body (Why the pain and Where is the Pain).
Sound Therapy and Acupuncture very quickly activates and begins to regulate the Central, Autonomic, and Peripheral Nervous systems to release the held Pain, Stress, Trauma, Memories, and Emotions, and allow for the body to respond, release, regulate and integrate.
To continue the reprocessing and allowing the client to move on with their life and and own their truth, herbal medicine is used to support the treatments provided, a very simple procedure that the client can administer daily in-between sessions, with regular weekly check ins and checkups.
Mindfulness skills are taught using breath as the main connector to the body and the main interruptor of the inner storyline loop. Clients will be able to use and integrate these practices into their daily lives.
TCM counselling and TCM psycho-education is implemented at the appropriate times to create a deeper understanding and connection of how mental and psychological states are affecting and impacting the body and how they are physically manifesting symptoms.
Qi Gong Therapy and Relational Somatic Therapy is often used post session to help regulate the entire nervous system and integrate mind and body.
