Flo Rita by Peter Trappen published on 2021-05-21T19:30:17Z A song I wrote and contributed to Jim Jenne's 1st and only LP. This was an arrangement by West Palm Beach famous composer / arranger Rick Creavy (sp?) and featured my favorite guitarist Rick Rossano. Recorded at Clint Smith's Saturn Sound Studio. I'm sorry I don't know the other players .. possibly Harry Johnson on drums. I was a little peeved with Jim for changing the lyrics to suit his style but all in all a pretty good track. Long before Flo Rida this was done in the 90's just before Jim's demise from throat cancer. Such a fabulous voice and a gentle giant of a man. Genre R&B & Soul
