Patris Patris Židelevičius Kaunas Patris' performances are improvisations that combine the sound of classical instrument - cello, field-recordings and digital sounds. Subtle melodies and sounds combine a multilayer soundscapes that might be compared to impressionism. BUT Music made by Patris Židelevičius has started mutating recently: the organic cello-based ambient he was creating for around 10 years is being sometimes being replaced with experimental electronic music. Analog and digital devices are used to create rhythms, abstract synth lines that bury music in pulsating chaos of warm noisy analog devices.
