Half Below élargit la brèche ouverte par Tepr sur son précédent EP « Hypnotease". Le spectre s’élargit, la House se fait mélodique, les rythmiques se font discrètes mais ne perdent jamais de vue la danse. La voix est présente, samplé et loopée sur les deux titres les plus pop, « Half Below » et « Whatever », tandis que le reste du EP fait office de face B nocturne, avec deux titres House instrumentaux. Tanguy Destable glisse doucement mais surement vers une Dance music plus pop, où le synthétique et l'analogique se mettent au service de l’écriture. ---------- Tepr sets to release his second EP this year « Half Below », again on Partyfine, with the « pop is more » motto in mind.
