Erased (disquiet0319) by Kurodama published on 2018-02-11T19:21:39Z This short track was produced using the Monome Teletype, with a script that will play a predefined melody, progressively erasing random notes or groups of notes. The first loop you hear is the initial melody, from there first block of notes is being randomly erased, later in the track I am adding a 2nd and 3rd random script so more notes are missing. --- More on this 319th weekly Disquiet Junto project (Duly Noted: Make a composition with the same melody repeated but with notes appearing and disappearing) at: disquiet.com/0319/1 More on the Disquiet Junto at: disquiet.com/junto/1 Subscribe to project announcements here: tinyletter.com/disquiet-junto/1 Project discussion takes place on llllllll.co: llllllll.co/t/disquiet-junto-pr…ct-0319-duly-noted/ Genre Electronic Comment by mat this is so good 2018-05-17T11:46:15Z Comment by Kurodama @daniel-diaz: Thanks a lot! Really appreciate it! It's funny, sometimes you spend days crafting something and it just sounds meh… and sometimes things just work. Though it's all thanks to Marc and his ingenius ideas for Junto! 2018-02-26T15:37:47Z Comment by Daniel Diaz this is so good, listening again and loving it even more after a few weeks. 2018-02-25T19:59:08Z Comment by Kurodama @muterial: All thanks to the Junto project! 2018-02-13T17:13:11Z Comment by Kurodama @juntohjann: honestly… I'd love to score a video game! I'm using a jittery clock to sync the delay so the repetitions are a bit detuned 2018-02-12T08:09:18Z Comment by halF unusuaL Beautifully minimal 2018-02-12T05:45:46Z Comment by Synth Avesta very nice! 2018-02-12T00:27:24Z Comment by mat the delay is really nice :) 2018-02-11T23:02:20Z
