Paolo Tossio
London
With nothing more than a second hand mixing kit and an eclectic array of records, PAOLO TOSSIO burst onto the London scene in 1996 - a truly independent talent with an authentic, uplifting, and humble approach, he became well known for his creative ingenuity, original grooves, diverse music genres, and high-energy positive vibes on the decks, and his ability to spread those positive vibes through his own productions - “It’s humbling to hear from people whose hearts and minds have been uplifted by my music”.
Waiting is his latest euphoric trance breaks single, released in January 2023 and receiving incredible feedback from DJs associated with KissFM UK and Australia, and artists on labels including PUKKA UP, Bedrock, Universal, and Defected - “we love the full on trance vibe underpinned by great breaks and rhythms”. 2023 looks set to be a positively great year for Paolo with another 5 new tracks ready to release over the coming months. Watch the promo for Waiting, filmed live at WOMAD Festival, on Paolo’s instagram. “Remember, life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning how to dance under the rain”.
Life is all about connection…The new album “Connection” was released in July 2022. Paolo showcased the album for the first time live with visuals and dancers on the Molly's Bar stage at WOMAD Festival on 29th July 2022 to a rapturous response - the full set is available to watch on Paolo's YouTube channel where you can find a host of video clips and snippets from this incredible set, and a variety from Cyberdog and more. The second showcase happened at Cyberdog in Camden Market on 27th August 2022, arriving in super groovy style driven by the co-founder of the store in the Cyberdog Campervan. Watch the arrival here.
