PanoramaPeng Viktor Wolf Berlin Das neu gegründete Ensemble PanoramaPeng vereint den Klang von Streichern, Blech und Holzblasinstrumenten mit dem Groove eines Südamerikanischen Schlagzeugers. Die Musiker um den Bandleader Viktor Wolf haben verschiedene musikalische Hintergründe und kommen aus der klassischen Musik, dem Jazz, der elektronischen Musik und der Weltmusik. Das Programm „Mountain Lion Dance“, das Viktor Wolf für dieses Ensemble komponiert hat und welches 2015 beim Srefa Ciszy Festival in Warschau uraufgeführt wurde lebt von starken Melodien und Kontrapunkte. Die kollektiven Improvisationen und die Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten jedes einzelnen Musikers geben der Musik ihren persönlichen und unverwechselbaren Stil. Beim ersten Album "Mountain Lion Dance" handelt es sich um eine Suite die aus 8 Teilen besteht. Es wurde Ende 2015 im Funkhaus Nalepastraße aufgenommen und wird Ende 2016 veröffentlicht. The music, composed by Viktor Wolf for this formation and performed for the first time at the Strefa Ciszy Festival in Warsaw, is characterized by strong melodies and counterpoints. The collective improvisations and interactions of each individual musician gives the music its own personal and unique style.
