Pablo Miró Cortez | Pianist Pablo Miró Cortez Ciudad México Pablo Miró Cortez was born in Karlsruhe, Germany. His musical influence displays a southern temperament, Chilean on his father’s side and French-German on his mother’s. He performs concerts in Germany, France, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, United States, Canada and Mexico. His first CD “Franz Liszt and Maurice Ravel” was released under the label Acte Préalable in 2011. He received a doctorate in piano from the University of Montreal in 2015 . His dissertation focuses on Max Reger’s music for solo piano. He currently teaches in Mexico City (Escuela Superior de Música - INBAL and Anáhuac University) and he is the pianist and the founder-member of the new chamber music ensemble: Trío Ruiz Miró.
