She began throwing some mixes together as a young teen and by high school, her musical selections began to morph into a series of mixes and musical journeys. Since then she has been working at her beloved craft, inspired by friends and lovers of music like herself. A student of the art of mixing, first with two turntables and a mixer and a microphone, she now performs with a an array of button-clad machines that are still blowing her mind and relieving her back after decades of carting two crates of vinyl on the Toronto and Montreal subway systems.
