Numbers Game by Once Around Saturn

Smooth vocal tones, jazzy chord progressions, lush synth sounds with an eighties retro vibe. It was nothing like that initially.

I remember sending the original draft through to Jeff (the engineer). He basically said it was garbage in diplomatic words, so he pushed me to make drastic amendments. Though reeling like a sensitive, wounded artist, I changed tempo and instrumentation.... We must've done this back and forth about nine or ten times, until eventually, this track emerged completely unrecognizable from the initial idea.
