THe Eucharist is respected and held in reverence because it is the body and blood of Christ but it is not worshiped. The service itself is done as worship to God the Eucharist is just the high point of that worship. So the Eucharist is actually part of worshiping God.It is not in and of itself worshiped. Baptism can be done by anyone as long as the mode and manner are correct.
