Artists like “Nas”, “Eminem”, “Jay Z”, “Biggie”, “2Pac”, “Bamboo” and “Abbas Kubaff” made him fall in love with Rhythm and Poetry. It wasn’t long after, that he began writing rhymes of his own. In 2012, at a high school talent show, he took to the stage to showcase his budding rap skill. He was ranked third amongst a couple of his peers who were also competing. He immediately conceived in his mind that he had a shot at starting a rap career. At 20 years old, he won round six of “Bar4Bar” , a Rap Battle League based in Nairobi and hosted by Barak Jacuzzi.\n\nHis style of music could be described as ‘eccentric’, in that, it does not adhere to the ‘ordinary’ standards. His music exhibits a conscious touch with the goal to inspire. He is well-rounded when it comes to the subject matter he puts out in his songs. \n\nHe has 3 Eps and 2 Mixtapes, a total of over 50 released songs. They are available on all major streaming platforms. He has his debut album titled “Head In The Sky”, scheduled for release in November this year. The album has 14 tracks which practically give an insight into who he is as an artist. \n\nHis desire has always been to inspire a people through art. His hope is that his target audience within the global market consume his music wholeheartedly.
