Coach Tiffany North RN by Catie Harris, PhD, MBA, RN published on 2022-01-06T12:52:29Z Our first guest of 2022 is Coach Tiffany North, RN, founder of https://www.coachtiffanyrn.com/. Deciding to become a nurse for the diversity, Tiffany pursued a healthcare career where she worked in several roles. From Nuero-ICU to case management and everything in-between, the diversity that Tiffany once loved began to cause her physical pain and burnout, making her disenchanted with the hospital setting and yearning for something more. Born from the "pain and misery", Tiffany began to explore integrative nurse coaching and eventually started her own business after undergoing a 6 month integrative health program program. Discovering her own areas of improvement during her training, Tiffany began to work on her relationship with food, which blossomed into a health coaching career focused on healthy eating habits and patient autonomy. With intuitive eating as the focus of her practice, Tiffany helps her patients improve their relationships with food, address trauma, and eventually make integrative shifts to a healthier diet and lifestyle.
