Three Deadly Causes by Nuno Lobo published on 2020-01-25T20:11:26Z Winner of the third prize of the competition "SIMM - New Music for harpsichord 2018”, in Milan, Italy. --------------- ‘Three Deadly Causes’ consists of three miniatures for harpsichord, each one inspired by a different cause of death: Stroke (00:00) Pneumonia (03:15) Heart Attack (05:50) Therefore, they are representing the failure of one of the human organs, respectively: brain, lungs and heart. As it is known, these fatalities have associated symptoms: Stroke: Face dropping; speech difficulty. Pneumonia: Cough; Shortness of breath; Fatigue. Heart Attack: Arrhythmias or Irregular heart beats.
