David Payne NOPAYNE MUSIC Atlanta David Payne is an independent composer based in Atlanta, Georgia. He specializes in writing custom music to moving images and also maintains a library of unique instrumental compositions which are available for licensing. He’s worked on projects/campaigns for Cadillac, Chevrolet, IBM, National Geographic Channel, Washington Post, Herman Miller, Delta Airlines and many others. He has also traveled the world extensivley as guitarist for the band Snowden. His favorite musicians are Radiohead & Elliott Smith. He is a a genuinely nice guy.
