Hymn for our brother's return to the earth (disquiet0354) by noimspartacus published on 2018-10-14T13:56:26Z I rolled a virtual 2 for this weeks Junto project - death. I imagined a ritual to facilitate the soul's transmigration from the material plane to the unknown that awaits us all. I imagined that in a post apocalyptic future the release from mortal suffering would be a time for celebration as well as sadness. I loaded four of the supplied samples into four instances of the SpaceCraft granular synth, played around with the sequencer and scrub settings and then threw in a sample of Gregorian chanting for good measure.
