I might be missing something...When you say "resolve" software - are you talking about Davinci? I work on Adobe premiere and 75% of my film was shot on SD. I've googled "resolve image scaling" and all i get is Davinci Resolve, which is $$. I have tried JES - it's OK. But I am now really curious about what software you are talking about.
