Solid Steel Radio Show 19/2/2016 Hour 1 - Prins Thomas by Ninja Tune

Solid Steel in association with Serato (19th February) We're delighted to welcome Prins Thomas to Hour 1. A legendary Nordic figure who has carved out his own niche in the house and cosmic disco scene over the years and recently delivered the epic 'Paradise Goulash' mix CD taking in so much more. He returns with a new album 'Principe Del Norte', inspired by the early 90's releases by Black Dog, KLF and The Orb and is out today 19th February. To celebrate he's done a new mix exclusively for Solid Steel. He said;
"I started out with an idea of doing a mix of epic proportions and a myriad of genres and tempos, going back and forth through my record collection for days picking out old and exciting bits I thought would be fun to show you all. However, by the time I had to record the mix my pre-picked selection was nowhere to be found. So, what you get is a pretty random selection of either new stuff from my gig-bag that I really really like and to spice it up, some unreleased and forthcoming stuff from my usb-sticks. All recorded with my little home setup which is 2 turntables and 2 cdj's through an urei mixer. That epic mix will have to wait ;)"
