Solid Steel Radio Show 15/1/2016 Hour 2 - Lo Shea Solid Steel in association with Serato (15th January)In Hour 2 we welcome Lo Shea celebrating the release of the 'Northern Lights' EP on his Hope Works imprint, which is also the name of the club night he runs in Sheffield. He told us; "For this mix i wanted to do something that is a peak time journey. Condensed into an hour i have little time to explore as thoroughly as i would like to in 2-3 hours of course...but it gives a fair idea. For me, musically i like to switch things up through a set...not be linear...and be rhythmically adventurous. I always play specially made tracks in my sets, this is no exception, with a few brand new pieces i created recently for my sets. i've got a mixture of my own music and new unreleased stuff from producers i love as well as some tracks that have really stood out for me recently. I'm a UK guy who has been involved with many UK forms of dance music and loves a lot of different music from around the world. hopefully the mix gives you a better idea than words of what that means.
