Το ρολόι και η Αργοναυτική εκστρατεία/The clock and the Argonautic expedition by nikos ioakeim published on 2013-03-28T23:25:13Z Written in 2007-08 after an idea by Giorgos Seferis (an entry in his diary of 1931), who had in fact provided the title, too. The instrumental line-up was (more or less) modelled on Stravinsky's "Symphonies d'instruments à vent". This piece digested my encounter with the multi-layered paradise of the music of Charles Ives as well as the Futurist ostinati of Alexander Mosolòv... Off to the années folles!
