Neon is Alexei Ovtchinnikov. Born in Russia and residing Denmark since year 1999.

His music journey started around 2001 with friends, music programs and parties around Copenhagen area.

In 2004 international open-air festivals were discovered, and 2 years later the Idea to make psytrance-related project was born.

In 2010 Alexei started Pureuphoria Records.
