Music Fusion are a charity. We deliver across Portsmouth, Fareham, Southampton, Leigh Park and Gosport. We have been in existence since 2002 providing music making activities for young people who might not otherwise have the opportunity. We have delivered music projects to over 30,000 young people including our core work; young people who have experienced 'challenging life circumstances'.

 By music making activities we mean contemporary genres such as Hip-Hop, Grime, Metal, Rock, Pop, Trap and Dub-step.

 By 'challenging life circumstances' we mean young people who are in care, in the judicial system, not in school, homeless, anxious, depressed, self harming or suicidal. Young people are referred to us from parents, the police, schools, special education units, children’s services and GPs. Often young people approach us having been to a Music Fusion gig or are recommended by a friend.

We provide a range of services from 1-2-1 sessions in our professional recording studio to group outreach work. Our music workshops provide excellent diversionary activities for vulnerable young people, teaching them transferable skills such as teamwork, negotiation and professionalism as well as boosting confidence and self-esteem.
