Composer
By drawing inspirations from modern minimalists such as Philip Glass, Ryuchi Sakamoto and Yann Tiersen, and combining it with aesthetics that resemble film music of Alexandre Desplat and Hans Zimmer, I developed my own music composition style that fits wide range of work.
Recent work includes writing original score for The Prisoner’s Dream by Peter Roe, Miranda by Agnieszka Maskovic (2015 Palm Springs Festival/ 2015 NEW YORK Polish Film Festival/ 2015 Węgiel Film Festiwal/ Drzwi 2015) and bespoke compositions for World Economic Forum.

Producer
Working as a producer/ engineer in recording studios in advertising and music industries for the past two years for various clients and artists including: Mr. Saccardo, Amaia Montero, Kirsty Bertarelli, Oroh Angiama (Corinne Bailey Rae, Sonique), Pete Lewinson (Simply Red, Massive Attack, Sade), Matthew Mafro Waters (Ghetts), Sam Blue, David Dyson and more.
Having worked at Soho Square Studios, Factory Studios, Wave Studios, Kensal Town Studios and currently Gramercy Park Studios, I have been involved in projects for major TV/ Radio stations and Online brands.
My musical adventure began from discovering drums, at first to tame my ADHD symptoms, later on to be popular with girls. Started in punk/rock/metal bands (Paw, Authority), I moved to jazz/r&b bands such as Gramofunk. Later on, I established myself as a session drummer for Kissimmee (2011-2012), Toni Castells (2012), Josie Jackson and Jason Tsontilis. I had the opportunity to perform at venues such as The Union Chapel, Dalston Roof Park, Studio Spaces E2, 33 Portland Place, Mau Mau Bar, Volt Festival and more.
Marcin is pronounced: "marching" (as in "marching band"). That's right, even when I'm walking, I'm still Marcin.
