Moonlight Burns is formed by the duo Leandro Cunha & Ted Tedebois. Leandro has followed the Psy Trance Music since mid 90s, when he started mixing some tunes. Gatherings like Universo Parallelo, 303, Samsara, Trancendence, Tranceformation, Wonderland, S.U.N., Boom, Ozora and Fusion Festivals are part of his journey. Also being influenced by his father's music taste including Beatles, Pink Floyd, Genesis, Yes, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Dire Straits, David Byrne, Tom Jobim, Chico Buarque, Caetano Veloso, Djavan, Milton Nascimento and many other great musicians.
When he was 12, Leandro begun to learn classical Guitar and since then, always being involved with music. Able to play piano, bass, guitar, drums and percussion, he tries to introduce catching melodies and interesting compositions into Moonlight Burns tracks.
Ted is a musician with more than 30 years experience. He played in several bands around the world varying in different styles from Reggae and Ska to Hard Rock and Blues. With this huge knowledge he brings a fine sense of harmonies with charismatic and unique guitar solos complemented by the mystic sounds of his Digde (Aboriginal Instrument).
Leandro lived many years in London gaining music and production experience to develop a style within the Psy-Trance scene. Now in Germany they are keen on boosting up their projects and integrate music in a higher level.
Moonlight Burns have the concept of DANCING WITH A SMILE :-) intercessions of piano, synths, guitar, e-drums and flutes are part of their live performance.
See you on the dance floor :-)
