BIO: www.mogzandversa.com MOGz & VERSA are two Emcees and Beat makers originally from Sydney Australia. The two artists have been making music together for over ten years. Two of the three original founders of the Element Crew they derive their style from the Hip Hop culture. MOGz A.K.A Marcus lives between Sydney and London, from where he draws a lot of his inspiration. MOGz is the main Beat maker in this duo bringing hard hitting, bass driving music. MOGz is also a well rounded Vocalist laying down some great melodies as well as elevating rhymes. Versa A.K.A Raphael lives in Switzerland and is originally from Sydney with Italian and Indian roots. Versa is an amazing lyricist with incredible flow and matching tone. Both MOGz & Versa take hands in the mixing and production of their music bringing you the best sound possible. Their label “Real Heads Records” founded and run by the two is their outlet to releasing their creations to the world. Everything you hear and see comes directly from these two independent artists giving you the best insight to the centre of their creative force. The first EP “Volume 1” is based around a Moombahton theme while still keeping to their distinctive Hip Hop style. This being said MOGz & Versa do not limit themselves to one style of music so expect to see and hear a lot of variety from these two artists. Both have families and full time occupations but still manage to put out some soul moving music on the side. This first EP was created within a month from point of creation till the final mixes. Living on the other side of the world from each other makes it hard to perform live shows even though this does not seem to stop them from crafting their sound and building their fan base. MUNDAY MUNCHIES: Every Monday MOGz & V3r5a dropped a delicious treat for 6 months. This gave MOGz & VERSA the freedom to make each song different to the next and did not constrain them to a theme or genre as an album would. Something for everyone to enjoy!
